GREENWORX - Quality Policy Statement
Greenworx Commercial Maintenance Pty Ltd was established in 1998 primarily focusing on turf management, public open space construction and commercial / residential landscape construction.
The business today represents a well-established operation that prides itself on providing a full range of landscape services including comprehensive landscape maintenance and client relationship management.
This policy in place to ensure our services fully meet the requirements of our customers at all times. By developing close working relationships and strong communication links with our customers we aim to deliver continual improvement to the service we provide. It is the responsibility of every employee to assist in maintaining systems to ensure the provision of high-quality services to the complete saisfaction of our customers.
To achieve this high-quality standard the Company is totally committed to the Quality Assurance Programme which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We shall endeavour to continually improve both the quality system and our performance by setting measurable objectives for our key processes. Management is committed to implementing and continually improving our quality management system.
We shall regularly monitor and review these objectives and communicate the results throughout the business.
This policy will be communicated to all employees, contractors, and interested stakeholders of Greenworx to ensure awareness of our commitment to quality. Our quality objectives will be regularly reviewed and discussed at management meetings or other communication events as required.
